NOTE: When calling us, we are often in-production making soap, which is a TIME-SENSITIVE process (soap will thicken and harden if we leave it to grab a phone). We do not have a full-time phone-answering secretary because if we hire one, we would have to raise our soap prices to cover a secretary's wages and workers comp. ins. (the nation's highest rates here in CA!), etc. When polled, most of our customers prefer lower soap prices!
